Personally, I find it impossible to judge two whole styles, with more than 500 and more years of history and evolution by an eight minute piece. Perhaps you have more expertise. You say that Bharata Nataym is more popular than Kuchipudi. If that is the case, has nothing to do with the style.It was declared a classical Indian dance thirty years before Kuchipudi was. Moreover, typical adavus such as the mei adavu are missing in this piece. So, I wouldn't count on this jugalbhandi as being typical
